Assist. Professor Radmila Matijevic, MD, Ph.D. is a rheumatologist, Head of Rehabilitation Unit at Orthopaedic and Trauma Clinic in University Clinical Centre of Novi Sad, second largest hospital in the country and the head deputy of Department for Medical Rehabilitation, Faculty of Medicine, . She is a part of the team that initiated and implemented the inclusion of Serbian data in the FRAX tool and she is lead medical consultant for the regional health initiative organised to screen and support the population 65 and over for bone-related conditions. Prof. Matijevic is a member of Editorial Board of ACER and several ESCEO Working Groups.
She was awarded the laureate of the IOF president Award in May 2019 for her achievements.
